Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort, Cairns

My stay had its ups and downs. While the location is fantastic and the pool area is a great spot to relax, I faced issues with customer service during check-in, and my room had some maintenance concerns. Overall, the cleanliness and comfort of my stay were good, but the rude interactions left much to be desired.

Our stay at the hotel was quite pleasant, especially with the vibrant location close to the marina and the inviting pool area.
